I am terrible at putting closed loop earrings in and these were as fiddly as any others, but unlike any other pair I have ever had, never lost their shape the first I put them in. I have really sensitive ears and I haven’t taken these earrings out for weeks and they haven’t tarnished or irritated me at all. They’re great quality and look amazing and I’ll happily pay international shipping to never buy earrings from any other business again!

Length alteration after delivery
Upon receipt (order marked "delivered") length adjustments are subject to additional labor and shipment fees. Item(s) must be sent back with tracking number at buyer's expense then upon arrival, a bill will be sent for the alteration cost.
Necklaces not properly secured upon return will not be altered and will be sent back. Necklaces not properly secured (attached to a card or paper) will tangle in transit damaging the piece, often beyond repair.
Alteration and return shipping fees will be provided upon initial contact.

Gift wrapping and packaging
All jewelry will arrive arranged on a display card and secured in a matte, black jewelry gift box.
Display cards will be enclosed in a cellophane bag to limit tarnish (recommended for sterling silver jewelry).
Please note if your wedding or event is weeks or months away, jewelry should be stored in an airtight container to prevent tarnish (all genuine sterling silver will tarnish over time).

International Shipping
International shipping can take from 2-8 weeks until delivery.
Please note, only the actual shipping cost is included in the shipping fee. In example customs charges, import fees, and royal mail fees are not included and the responsibility of the buyer.
Packages that are refused and returned will be refunded less the shipping cost once the package is returned.
Returns & Return Handling
All items returned to Sela+Sage are refunded less the shipping cost and any additional fees; including when the wrong address has been provided, delivery refusal or being un-deliverable.
Returns are not accepted if pieces have been worn and / or is tarnished due to wear or improper storage.
